  I recently had a situation similar to yours where I had to reschedule a planned visit to Walt Disney World Resort, and the friendly Cast Members at Walt Disney World Ticketing were super helpful in letting me know about the options for the tickets I had already purchased. In my case, I was happy to hear about the new expiration dates for my tickets, and I'm already looking forward to planning my theme park days.

  Lisa, my best suggestion for you is to give the team at Walt Disney World Ticketing a call at 407-566-4985,  and use option 4 to discuss previous ticket purchases. If you share with them the specifics of your tickets, they can help confirm the expiration details and give you some options. One option might be to apply the price paid for unused tickets towards a new ticket purchase.
